SHOUTOUT!
Having a new caregiver come into your home can be intimidating, especially when you’re accustomed to the same familiar face providing your care. That’s why it means so much to us when a client takes the time to call the office just to tell us what a great experience they had with a fill-in caregiver.
But we also want to recognize the other side of that situation.
Walking into a new home to care for someone you’ve never met can be intimidating, too. It takes confidence, compassion, and professionalism to walk in, figure out what needs to be done, and make sure that client feels comfortable and cared for, even when you’re only there filling in.
When a caregiver can do that so well that the client calls afterward specifically to praise them, that deserves a shoutout!
Thank you to our caregiver for stepping in and representing A1 Home Care so well, and thank you to our client for trusting us with your care AND taking the time to recognize a job well done.
