why we jumpin’ in barePower ?!

modality purpose: athletic power + conditioning
the method: producing force quickly, absorbing it well and staying in control

sample 4-min EMOM:

minute 01 — lunge + knee-drive hop R
minute 02 — lunge + knee-drive hop L

repeat x2

start each movement at the top of the minute. use whatever time remains to recover before switching sides.

not hopping today? drive the knee with power & rise onto your tippy toes for a calf raise — keeping the standing foot grounded.

power isn’t just about how high you can jump.
it’s about how well you can land.

set your timer. find your rhythm. give it a shot.

check out the why behind bareStability ⚖️

modality purpose: functional strength + joint stability + establish form
the method: creating tension, control and movement quality under load

sample movements from this month’s circuits:

01 — goblet squat + calf raise
02 — half-kneeling open rotation + row R
03 — half-kneeling open rotation + row L
04 — kickstand RDL R
05 — kickstand RDL L

45 seconds on // 15 seconds off
complete all five movements
repeat x2

this isn’t about moving the heaviest weight possible.
it’s about owning the weight — and every inch of the movement.

grab a dumbbell. set your timer. give it a shot.

curious about bareYin — catch a glimpse here

modality purpose: deep fascial release + improved mobility
the method: long, passive holds that give the body time to soften

sample yin posture ::
CATERPILLAR 🐛

extend both legs forward
let the spine round
fold without forcing
use a bolster, block or pillow for support if you need it

hold for 3–5 minutes
follow with 30–60 seconds of stillness and notice what changed

this one isn’t about touching your toes. it’s about giving your body enough time to let go.

set your timer. settle in. let me know how it feels.

why bare™?

bare™ was built around one simple belief: movement should support your life — not consume it.

bare™ teaches you how to move.

In this video, I’m breaking down what bare is, why I created it, how the weekly practice works, and the intention behind bringing strength training, yoga, mobility, recovery, breathwork, athletic movement and more together under one roof.

Because these modalities were never meant to compete with each other.

They’re simply different ways of experiencing and strengthening the same human body.

The goal here isn’t to turn you into a yogi, powerlifter, runner, or Pilates person.

The goal is to create movers.

People who are strong, mobile, capable, resilient and confident in their bodies — not just during a workout, but out in the world.

People who can squat, hinge, push, pull, rotate, balance, get down on the ground and get back up again.

People who can hike the mountain, carry the kid, paddle the board, lift the heavy thing, try the new sport, take the trip — and keep doing all of it for a very, very long time.

That’s the why behind the programming.

And it’s why the bare™ weekly practice intentionally moves through different modalities instead of asking your body to do the same thing every day.

Because ultimately, I don’t care how impressive your workout looks.

I care what your body allows you to do with your life.

And I want you moving well for the long haul.

After months and months of building, testing, programming, filming, learning, changing my mind, starting over, refining and obsessing over the details…

bare™ officially launches FRIDAY [08.28.26]

And on Monday, we begin Month One of the bare™ practice together.

I genuinely cannot explain how excited I am to finally get to move with you guys.

This has been a long time coming.

Less noise. More movement. More life.

Let’s move 🤘🏼

living bare is a return.

a return to what matters. to moving because our bodies were made to move. to eating food that looks like food. to spending time outside. to slowing down enough to notice where we are. to choosing what adds value and letting go of what doesn’t.

it isn’t about abandoning modern life or doing everything perfectly. it’s about removing some of the noise so we can hear ourselves again.

I believe wellness can be simple. movement can support your life without consuming it. strength and softness can coexist. rest doesn’t have to be earned & isn’t optional. nature is still one of our greatest teachers. and a full life isn’t measured by how much we optimize, accomplish, own, or fit into it.

at its core, Live Bare™ is an invitation to live more intentionally — grounded in the basics, guided by your own intuition, and connected to the people, places, and experiences that make you feel most alive.

less noise. more presence.
less perfection. more living.
real. authentic. wild.

what would help you live a little more bare right now?

when’s the last time you felt genuinely good in your body?

Not because you earned it.
Not because you hit a number or looked a certain way.

just good. strong. grounded. at home.

that’s what I’m building with bare™ —
a return to the basics & the simple things that help us feel more human, more capable, and more alive.

it’s almost time.

I didn’t grow up loving “workouts.”

I grew up loving movement — outside,
often barefoot, unstructured, alive.

that’s the whole reason bare™ exists: to give
people a way back to that, without the performance or the noise.

the platform i wished existed a long time ago.

live bare, move freely.

i’ve spent a long time thinking about this.

You’ve done the programs.
You’ve shown up.
You’ve pushed through.

And still something feels off.
it’s because the fitness industry doesn’t actually want you to feel done with content — it wants you to keep consuming it.

bare™ is built differently.

It’s a practice, not a program.

Built for real life.
Built to last.
Built for the long haul.

It’s here in 12 days.

there’s a love I have for movement that surpasses any other thing in my life —

when my heart starts to race,
when the sensation of goose bumps arrive,
and the corners of my mouth start to pull up into a crazed smile,
when I feel the tingle of pure happiness running up and down my spine.

it’s a drug. I am hooked. get me outside. let me move.
let me dance. let me jump. let me yell & sing.
let me rideeeee that high until the sun comes up.

it can be wakeboarding on glass-like water at first light or hiking a new trail chasing that vista at the peak.

it can be a long bike ride on the first spring day or dancing to my favorite song on repeat.

it can be fly fishing our favorite river from sun up to sun down or a gritty, sandy, sweaty workout on the beach.

oozing pure joy because I feel alive. awake in my bones.

it’s movement. it’s living life. it’s the utter joy of moving and existing in my surroundings. & it’ll never get old.
