For the past few months, I’ve been quietly sharing daily reflections, walking through Lent and the days leading to Pentecost, and simply trying to encourage others while also growing myself.

Today I wanted to share something a little more personal and real.

My book, Truth & Treasure: 21 Days to Reset Your Habits, Mindset & Goals, was written from places of healing, faith, growth, and learning to slow down enough to hear God again. It’s not about having life perfectly together — it’s about continuing to seek truth, peace, and purpose one day at a time.

I filmed this video outside by my pond because that’s where I feel closest to God, grounded, peaceful, and reminded to breathe again.

My hope is simply that this message encourages someone who may be feeling overwhelmed, lonely, stuck, anxious, or in need of a reset.

Thank you to everyone who has followed along on this journey and supported me with kindness, prayers, and encouragement. I truly pray this blesses others the same way writing it blessed me.

THANK YOU to everyone who walked through these 50 days with me. đź’•My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude for every prayer, every message, every reflection, and every soul that took this journey alongside me. I pray these daily devotionals encouraged you to seek truth, treasure the blessings around you, and draw closer to God each day.

Today we celebrate Pentecost the day the Holy Spirit came down, filling hearts with faith, courage, peace, and purpose.
This journey reminded me to look for God first thing in the morning and all throughout the day because He is everywhere.
In the beauty.
In the stillness.
In the hard seasons.
In the unexpected blessings.
Even through the storms, God never leaves us.

If you are struggling today, please remember:
You are loved.
You are seen.
You are not alone..

My prayer today is that I can inspire others through the way I live, speak, and love.
Lord, help me walk as a woman with integrity, grace, wisdom, and faith.

Teach me to lead with humility, encourage with kindness, and reflect Your truth in all I do.
May my words be impeccable, my heart be pure, and my life point others closer to You.

Let me be a light that brings peace, strength, and encouragement to those around me.
Not through perfection, but through Your presence working within me every day.
Amen

If I’m honest, trust was one of the hardest things for me growing up.

There were seasons in my younger years where I felt deeply hurt and betrayed by people I thought I could trust. Walking into rooms feeling talked about… mocked… misunderstood. Even in high school, I often felt alone in crowded places. I built walls around my heart because isolation felt safer than disappointment.

When trust gets broken over and over, you begin believing it’s easier not to let anyone in at all.

But everything slowly started changing when I truly began following God and spending time in His Word.

God taught me discernment.
He taught me peace.
He taught me that not every voice deserves access to my heart.

Most importantly, He showed me that while people may fail us, His truth never does.

As I grew in my faith, God began placing the right people in my path — people who brought encouragement, wisdom, honesty, and love. Not perfect people… but aligned people.

And now as an adult woman looking back, I can honestly say:
I forgive the people who hurt me.
Some of them may never even know the pain they caused… but I no longer carry it.

Because healing came when I stopped depending on people for my peace and started trusting God with my heart.

If you’re struggling to trust again after betrayal, disappointment, or heartbreak… I understand.

But don’t let pain harden your heart forever.
Ask God for discernment.
Ask Him for peace.
Ask Him to show you who is for you and who is not.

He will never fail you.

Confidence isn’t the absence of hard conversations, bumps in the road, or moments of uncertainty.
Confidence is knowing God is with you through all of it.

Whether you’re building a family, growing a business, healing relationships, or renewing your mind and habits… there will be moments of stretching, refining, and meaningful debates along the way. Growth often comes with discomfort. But I’ve learned that God has a way of taking every challenge, every setback, and every difficult season and turning it for good.

Sometimes the rebuilding starts within us first.
The way we think.
The habits we allow.
The words we speak.
The peace we choose.

Real confidence comes from trusting that even when the path feels steep, God is still guiding every step. He is shaping us, strengthening us, and teaching us to walk boldly in faith — not fear.

Today, stand firm.
Keep renewing your mind.
Keep showing up.
Keep believing that what God started, He will complete.

A day of peace and serenity beyond my words, beyond my being.
Through fasting, I’ve become aware—aware of my surroundings, my body, my nervous system, and the present in the small things.

♡ Enjoying the pleasures of cutting the grass
♡ Emptying the dishwasher
♡ Making my bed
♡ Serving my family with food
♡ A little bonus with my massage
♡ All the travel, the business, the work schedules
♡ Planning for a wedding

Trying not to be anxious is probably the most thing I’ve learned with this fasting. Staying in my lane with God. Speaking God’s Word with peace and love. Giving insight when asked, listening without speaking, and waiting for the day of Pentecost—just like all the apostles did—waiting for Jesus to come and bring down the Holy Spirit.

There’s something powerful about letting go of the old to step into something new.
It can feel sad, confusing, scary… yet exciting all at once.

When two become one, it means committing to a lifelong partner and learning to put each other first. It doesn’t mean you stop loving your parents or siblings… it simply means your spouse becomes your home, your teammate, and the one you run to first through every season of life. And this truth brings peace.

Reflection isn’t always comfortable… but it is powerful.

One thing I often tell myself and the people I coach is this:

After a difficult conversation or painful situation, imagine standing in front of a mirror instead of pointing a finger.

Before asking,
“What did they do wrong?”
I try to ask,
“Where do I see myself in this situation?”

Because true reflection is not about shame.
It’s about growth.
Healing.
Awareness.
Alignment.

God doesn’t call us to simply hear truth…
He calls us to become transformed by it.

“Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.”
Lamentations 3:40

Reflection allows us to pause long enough to let God reveal what needs healing inside of us our reactions, our pride, our wounds, our fears, our habits, and even the way we love others.

When we stop focusing on changing everyone else and allow God to change us…
peace begins to grow.

My prayer is that when people see us, they don’t simply see “us”…
they see God through us.
More grace.
More patience.
More humility.
More love.
More truth.

Take a moment today to be still, reflect, and return your heart back to Him. Love TCđź’•

Today many around the world reflect on the ascension of Jesus into heaven. Can you imagine being there… standing with the disciples on the Mount of Olives, watching Jesus rise into the clouds? The One they walked beside, learned from, laughed with, cried with… suddenly ascending before their eyes.

And then came the waiting.

The disciples didn’t fully know what was next. They only knew Jesus told them to wait for the Holy Spirit. They waited in prayer. In unity. In faith. In expectation.

I think many of us live in that same kind of waiting today.

Waiting for healing.
Waiting for direction.
Waiting for peace.
Waiting for answers.
Waiting for God to move.

But the waiting season is never wasted when we keep our eyes on Jesus.

This week, instead of rushing ahead in fear or striving, maybe we pause and ask:
Holy Spirit, prepare my heart.
Teach me to trust while I wait.
Help me rise up in faith, hope, peace, and purpose.

The disciples waited with expectation… and Pentecost changed everything.

“Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky?”
— Acts 1:11

Truth becomes treasure when we trust God even in the waiting.
