Mark Mobley has offered to come up with his magical singing bowls during the regular yoga time slots while I'm gone.

You can lie in savasana, sit in meditation or rest in your favorite yoga poses while Mark fills the yurt with healing resonance. Thank you for your generous offer Mark!

The dates of our special Art of Resonance yoga sessions are:
Saturday, July 12 at 9:00
Sunday, July 13 at 9:00
Wednesday, July 16 at 9:00 and
Saturday, July 19 at 900.
Because we are having a bit of hot spell we will start all sessions at 9:00 and end at 10:00 before it gets too hot in the yurt!
