I am reading a book called The Emotion Code by Dr Bradley Nelson. I love how he explains how we are all energetic and magnetic beings. That we are connected to everything with our energy fields.
It is my belief that this is how I am able to perform my distance reiki. I connect with my clients' energy through the electrical energy webs or fields that connect us in the Universe. How cool is that!
I am also learning about using magnets to help with releasing stuck emotions in our bodies.
I am really am excited to finish this book!

Hello All! I am experiencing a shift in my personal life, and I get to adjust my business appointments to flow more smoothly with it.

I will be providing distance reiki sessions ONLY. I will no longer be providing in-person sessions.

My offered sessions will be 30 minutes ($45) and 60 minutes ($75) for my human clients.

My distance animal services will now be set at 30-minute sessions for $45.

I truly appreciate all of my clients, and I look forward to seeing you again and meeting new ones too!

Always learning! I am working on my Home Herbalist course today. I began class 5 out of 9. I am halfway through! I love being able to do this course in my own time. It works for me and my life schedule. I find herbs to be amazing. I love knowing more natural ways to help myself, my family, and my clients. All the best. 🌱✨️

I got the privilege of helping out a client with herbs yesterday.
I made a tea blend to help them with what they are experiencing.
I have been learning about herbs through an at home course that I have been slowly doing. I am so happy to be doing this!

I am enjoying a nice cup of tea while sitting outside. It has been a while since I last posted. Family time became a priority with summer schedules. Today I get to have an unexpected day to myself. It is nice to slow down and just sit. Without hearing "Mom!" Every few minutes. ✨️🌱

Day #62 - self-care- a walk with friends. I did some thinking during this walk today.
I thought about the fact that I took a break from my daily posting. I continued my daily self-care, but I just didn't post about them.
Part of my self-care is to take breaks from social media. I have set a daily limit for social media apps. I feel more productive and creative since setting a limit.

This was the solar eclipse from our house. This was taken with my Samsung S23, at 11.6x zoom, with viewing glasses taped onto the lense.
It was 96% coverage here. It did get darker and cooler, and at peak time, we heard an owl hoot!
The boys said this was an awesome experience. They were glad they were not watching TV during it.
We were barefooted in the dirt and said some intentions to release things that are no longer serving us.

Day #61 - self-care- baking homemade blueberry muffins for breakfast. Our boys have a snow day today. We got about a foot of snow overnight, and more is expected throughout the day. This has become a tradition of ours for me to bake blueberry muffins on these days. I love it! I love baking, the smell that it leaves in our house, and the smiles on their faces when they eat them. Pure joy! 🌿✨️
