Not about IVs, but might make you feel better!
My workout routine was lower body one day, upper body the next, doing it every day and resting on Sunday.
I switched to a three day rotation of lower body, a 45 minute stretching session the next day, then upper body the third day, then stretching again the next day, and I just keep at that rotation.
When I wake up now I'm not creaky and have no joint or back pain, like I used to.
A "workout" of stretchy stretching seems sorry we**ie, but I feel a hell of a lot better and you might too.
Now back to our regularly scheduled programming... 🤣
