Before the game, we’ll be hosting an optional Strike Endo Out attendee pre-game meet-up from 5:30–6:15 PM, right in front of the Red Sox Team Store at 19 Jersey Street.

Come say hello, connect with fellow attendees, and take some photos together before we head into the game! 📸💛

Today marks two weeks out from the Massachusetts Task Force legislation passing! We wanted to share how we are feeling about this milestone. We continue to be filled with excitement and gratitude. Thank you Lindsay Sabadosa Sen Robyn Kennedy Chris Hendricks State Senator John Velis Governor Maura Healey and all who helped make this happen. ✨ We wish we could shout this from the rooftops… but Instagram will have to do! 💛

The Massachusetts Endometriosis Task Force legislation has officially PASSED and is now LAW through the FY27 state budget. This is a historic victory for the endometriosis community and proof that advocacy creates real change.

This milestone would not have been possible without our incredible legislative champions: Rep. Lindsay Sabadosa , Sen. Sen Robyn Kennedy , Rep. Chris Hendricks , Sen. State Senator John Velis , their dedicated teams, and Governor Maura Healey for signing this into law.

Most importantly, thank you to every person in the endometriosis community who shared your story, testified, emailed, called, and refused to give up. This victory belongs to you.

What began with people saying, “We’ve been ignored long enough,” became an extraordinary movement that weathered hearings, setbacks, and countless hours of advocacy. Today, that persistence has led to meaningful change.

Today, we celebrate. Tomorrow, we continue the work.

Together, we made history. 💛

We wish we could shout this AMAZING news from the rooftops, but social media will have to do for now 💛 The Massachusetts Task Force legislation has PASSED!! It has now become law through the FY27 state budget.
We are so grateful to our legislative champions - Rep. Lindsay Sabadosa, Sen. Robyn Kennedy, Rep. Chris Hendricks, Sen. John Velis, and their exceptional teams. Thank you Governor Maura Healey for approving this in the final budget and for caring about this issue. Finally, deep thanks to the members of the community for sharing their stories, for their valuable time and for their endless support. 💛 This started with people in Massachusetts with endometriosis saying we have been IGNORED long enough, with legislators willing to do something about this, continued with an INCREDIBLE committee hearing (fittingly during a wild storm), then onward through the twists and turns of legislative process from there!

Yesterday, T.E.A.M.’s very own Alena Curry and Pamela Bove had the incredible opportunity to present to and educate the Nurse Practitioner Graduate Program at Northeastern University about endometriosis.

We are deeply grateful to Jane Adams, DNP, for providing us with this valuable platform to raise awareness, share knowledge, and help prepare the next generation of healthcare providers to better recognize, understand, and care for those living with endometriosis.

Education is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve diagnosis, treatment, and patient outcomes. Together, we are creating change, one future provider at a time.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our mission of advocacy, education, and awareness.

Don’t be afraid to negotiate your medical bills — because many healthcare costs are negotiable.

Here’s why this matters:

If you receive a large invoice, you may be able to:
• Request a reduction in the total balance
• Ask for financial assistance programs
• Negotiate a lower self-pay rate
• Set up a monthly payment plan that works for your budget

Hospitals, surgical centers, and billing departments often have options available — but many patients don’t realize they can ask.

Before paying a large bill:
• Request an itemized invoice
• Review charges carefully
• Ask if there are discounts for paying a portion upfront
• Inquire about hardship or financial assistance programs
• Discuss payment plans with little or no interest

✨ Advocacy also means advocating for your financial well-being. Asking questions and negotiating can make medical care more manageable and less overwhelming.

Calling all endo warriors 💛✨

As part of TEAM’s ongoing efforts to highlight the real and compounding impact of delayed endometriosis diagnoses, we’ve launched a patient experience survey 📊🩺

This survey aims to capture the journey from symptom onset to diagnosis—and the many barriers along the way ⏳💔

The findings will help update existing research and strengthen advocacy efforts for critical legislation here in Massachusetts 🏛️, including H.4612 and S.1564/S.1638—bills focused on improving diagnosis timelines, access to treatment, and insurance approvals ⚖️💡
