Today we have a nice and easy recipe to make a refreshing homemade skin scrub, with basic ingredients that you probably have at home.

You will need⤵️
➡️1/2 cucumber - sliced
➡️2 loose tablespoons fresh mint leaves
➡️3 1/4 cups granulated sugar
➡️5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

How to prepare⤵️
👉🏻Place cucumber and mint into a blender until it gets to a puree texture.
👉🏻Grab a medium bowl and add sugar, the puree and olive oil.
👉🏻Stir until combined.
👉🏻Divide the mixture into storage airtight containers and refrigerate it until a cool temperature to use it.

👌🏻Hot tips
You can add more or less sugar to get the texture that you like more.
The cucumber could be peeled or not, you decide.
Keep the scrub in the refrigerator to keep fresh.

This recipe yielded 3 jars of scrub or 2 1/4 cups.

➡️Following the concept of Low Poo / No Poo, you can make Hair Moisture with vegetable oils.
⠀
🌱Capillary moisturizing consists of moisturizing your hair with pure vegetable oils (and preferably extra virgin), leave between 30min and 2 hours (but you can also sleep with it, just use a shower or satin cap to keep your pillow from getting dirty), wash and have soft, nourished, shiny and well-maintained hair!

1️⃣You apply vegetable oil (for example: coconut oil, olive oil, extra virgin avocado oil, castor oil) across the entire length of the hair, separating the hair into medium locks and massaging each one with vegetable oil.
