Got tomatoes? Make this. Roma tomatoes, red onion, minced jalapeño, fresh garlic, cilantro, and a big squeeze of lime. Five minutes, no cooking, and it goes on absolutely everything. Tacos, chips, grilled chicken, straight from the bowl with a spoon. Tell me what you are dipping into it this weekend. 🍅

Easy Pico De Gallo
6 roma tomatoes diced
1 cup red onion minced
1 cup cilantro minced
1 jalapeño minced
½ cup lime juice (about two limes)
2 cloves garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
tortilla chips to serve optional

🌿Rake It Slow 🌿

Yesterday, I had the joy of teaching my new class, Rake It Slow. Participants created their own Zen gardens while enjoying relaxing sounds, learning about Reiki, experiencing a guided Reiki meditation, and setting heartfelt intentions.

A gentle reminder that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down, retlect, and create space for inner calm. ✨ 💚
