PARITY BEHAVIORAL CARE {“PBC”)
OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM PLAN
Patients with behavioral health needs are critically underserved in the Boston area, which has a higher index of social problems. To address this need in our region, Parity Urgent Care Plus LLC, will provide an outpatient behavioral health service.
Clinic Setting:
-The clinic will provide both in-person and telehealth services
-No special equipment will be needed for the outpatient mental health clinic.
- Treatment (for screenings and evaluations) and psychotherapy rooms will be provided.
- Treatment rooms will be assessed for safety/su***de risk
-Staff will be trained and will be competent in su***de risk assessment
Client Focus: The outpatient behavioral health services will focus on treating mental health concerns of patients of all ages, including:
- Childhood- 6-12
- Adolescent-13- 18
- Adult -18-65
- Geriatric 65 +
Services that will be provided:
• Medication management
• Bio psychosocial assessments and psychiatric evaluation
• Psychotherapy
Emergency Services:
-The clinic will provide an on call 24hour provider line
- Walk-in services will be available to increase access for patients in immediate need of mental health care.
- Patients will be provided contact information’s on how to access acute psychiatric care in their communities.

(A). Psychiatric evaluation and Medication Management
Treatment of a wide variety of mental health issues as listed (P/s noted that focus of treatment is not limited to the ones mentioned here):

• Anxiety disorders
• ADHD
• Psychotic disorders
• Mood disorders
• Panic disorder
• Anger Management
• Antisocial Personality
• Behavioral Issues
• Bipolar Disorder
• Borderline Personality (BPD)
• Career Counseling
• Emotional Disturbance
• Family Conflict
• Hoarding
• Marital and Premarital
• Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD)
• Relationship Issues
• Sleep or Insomnia
• Addiction
• Trauma and complex PTSD
