🦋I am so excited to hold this circle!!! It has been MONTHS since my last one. I’ve held two workshops since then, but there’s something so special about these circles.

🦋Because communal healing can be extremely personal and intimate, this circle is limited to 8 people. Sharing is a personal decision and there are no expectations for you to do so. Though I do find that once we start, it’s hard to not join in!!

🦋These circles are a safe space to feel without judgement. Most of inner child work is to love unconditional and allow whatever feelings to come to the surface.

🦋Every circle ends with a short Reiki session to integrate the work and to ensure you leave feeling comfortable!

Some days are just good for the soul. Eclipse season is truly spitting me out after eating me up, but today I swan and walked through the woods and meditated with some sweet ladies. So, it’s not all bad. Days like today remind me that I love being alive. The good, the bad, and all that’s in between.

🌸These clinics are something I’m really proud of and I really enjoy. They are for anyone and everyone.

🌸Everyone deserves to heal and feel better in their bodies. Reiki is not a luxury, it’s medicine that we should all have access to.

🌸Over my years of doing this work, I have seen some amazing shifts and changes within my clients. It’s so beautiful helping people heal and grow 🥰

🤍My friend took this picture of me at our friend’s birthday party and it brought up a lot of emotions.

🤍I have struggled with my body image as many women do. My weight fluctuates and this last year I’ve gained some weight. I would say it’s for the better since for the last few years my entire collarbone has been visible and it’s a key sign that I was not getting enough nutrients. Also, like this winter was A LOT!

🤍This day was so much fun and now when I look at this picture, that’s all I can see!! How we laughed, painted, and celebrated that our friend was alive for another year!!

🤍Recovering from disordered eating is a life long process. It’ll sneak up on me in the most random moments (probably less random than I think), but I’ve noticed that it takes me less time to move through the thoughts, hate, and pain.

🤍I spent years healing and working towards the most authentic version of myself. I’m still working on that last part, but I’ve learned how to love myself even if I’m uncomfortable or don’t like myself. There’s an endless pit of self love inside of me.

🤍I always tell my clients that once you start stock piling that self love, you can never fully go back to hating yourself or things about yourself. Yeah, you might have moments like I did when I first saw this picture of myself, but the moment you start feeling those old feelings… a voice in your head tells you to stop and remember to be compassionate.

🤍We all have insecurities and hard days, but the more we heal, the easier those days become. If you find yourself on a ED recovery journey, I understand and I am here to help you heal that piece 🥰

🔥Okay… y’all… I have been SO excited about this workshop!!!!

🔥My generous and wonderful client has offered her house for this, which is why the address will be sent after payment.

🔥There’s a meditation I’ve always loved and that’s been really helpful for me in my journey. I bring up 2-3 versions of myself and we sit around a campfire to talk. It’s so healing to have the younger version of yourself express not only what they need, but how impressed they are with your life. Because believe me… there’s a little kid in there that’s just in awe that you’ve made it so far.

🔥After some fun, we will settle in around the fire to hold space for this meditation. Then collectively we will build those connections between yourself and your inner child. We will end with light Reiki to integrate the evening 🤍

🔥This workshop is limited to 6 people to keep the energy intimate, so grab your ticket while you can!! Can’t wait to share this evening with y’all!!!

🔥Swimming is completely optional!! If you know me, I can’t resist a dip in the pool 🥰

🌸I’m so happy to be back to doing two pop-ups a month!!! I loved my break last month, but I’m ready to get back to it!!
