💥 BIG milestones and bigger smiles! Our athletes have been absolutely crushing their goals lately. Check out these incredible shoutouts:

175 for Miguel! His split squat form is excellent, and he recently added strict pull-ups to his program!!

An incredible 225 for Jen! Her growth has been nothing short of inspiring. She has built impressive strength and endurance over time, consistently showing up, pushing herself, and proving what dedication and hard work can achieve.

Maddy hits 175!! Today’s workout included lateral deficit squats… amazing progressions in her program!

Greg Fahrner reached 10 sessions! Gregory came to IF looking to develop overall strength and endurance to better prepare him to play his favorite sport, quadball. Gregory’s attitude and work ethic have helped him continue to increase his repetitions and develop incredible form on his goblet squats.

Whether it’s session #10 or session #225, these athletes make it look easy! Drop some 👏 in the comments to celebrate their hard work!

250 sessions is years of showing up and doing the work. It takes a serious amount of grit to keep that streak alive, and it’s a lot easier to get the reps done when you have this group behind you.

Between the hyped-up playlist and the constant encouragement, they’ve built a culture where nobody has to go through a workout alone. When Ben hits a number like 250, the whole group feels the win.

Ben, congratulations on the work. See you at the next one. 🤜🤛

Most gyms can trigger sensory overload...

With fluorescent lights, crashing weights, and the "grind" culture, it’s no wonder so many neurodivergent athletes feel the gym isn't for them.

At Inclusive Fitness®, we do things differently. Strength training is a tool for navigating the world, used to build the balance to move with more ease or the physical capability to stay independent.

We don't ask you to "fit in" to our program. We built the program to fit you. 💪

Never gonna give you up. Never gonna let you down. 🎤
..And Peter certainly isn't giving up on his goals! He just cleared session #10. Peter, your dedication (and your taste in music) make the gym a better place. Congrats on the milestone!

Next stop: 20 sessions! 🎸🔥

Ben just hit 375 sessions.
Jonathan cleared 100.

A 375-session milestone is years of work. 100 sessions is a hard-earned habit. Both take a serious amount of grit.

The best part isn't the numbers, though... It’s the atmosphere. These guys have built a space where they show up, support each other, and get better every week.

Huge congrats to Ben and Jonathan. We’ll see you at the next one. 💪

We often support orgs and systems that celebrates getting adaptive athletes into parasport… but not one that prepares them to thrive and be healthy

Adaptive sport is growing and that’s a good thing!

But we’re missing something critical 👉 participation ≠ preparation

Here’s what most people don’t realize:
💪 Sport doesn’t build complete fitness
🎾 Repetition without preparation leads to injury
😕Sport access is inconsistent and often disappears

We’re asking athletes to perform without building the fitness foundation to support it

👉 Fitness should come first or at least be paired w/ sport.
If we keep prioritizing participation over preparation, we’re not building resilient, we’re putting our athletes at risk

Meet Kate. She is thoughtful, determined, and puts incredible effort into every session at Inclusive Fitness®.

Looking for ways to stay active, Kate and her mom, Laura, struggled to find a place where she could train safely. Past programs often lacked structured progression, which left Kate vulnerable to falls and injuries.

Today, she trains both one-on-one and in our women’s group, building strength that carries over into her everyday life. She is even carrying heavy items on her own with pure confidence!

Elizabeth hits 100!!
She says her upper body is noticeably stronger... she’s lifting more, holding her posture longer, and everyday transfers feel easier. Getting into her stander at home is smoother and quicker, too, and she feels fabulous!

Inclusion starts with action. ♿️💪

We are incredibly appreciative to see Governor Maura Healey taking a step toward better support for adults with profound autism.

At Inclusive Fitness®, we see every day how dignity, purpose, and respect transform lives.

This Executive Order is a win for our families, our athletes, and our community. Let’s keep moving toward a more accessible future together!
