We are excited to announce the addition of Toni Gilardi and Connie Henderson to the NEW Health Board of Directors. Both proud North End residents, Toni and Connie bring a passion for community service and a strong connection to the neighborhood we are honored to serve.
Toni Gilardi, a third-generation Italian American born and raised in Boston’s North End, has dedicated herself to serving the community she has long called home. She joins the NEW Health Board of Directors, continuing the legacy of her aunt, Elaine Wilson, who helped found the organization alongside twelve neighborhood residents committed to expanding access to quality healthcare.
Over the years, Toni has remained deeply involved in the North End through her service on the Neighborhood Council, support of St. Leonard Church, community fundraising efforts, and work to preserve the neighborhood’s rich history and culture. As a member of the NEW Health Board, she is honored to help ensure that future generations continue to receive the compassionate care and support that have defined the organization for decades.
Connie Henderson is a Leadership Development Senior Manager at TJX Companies with extensive experience helping organizations develop leaders, build talent, and drive growth. She has a strong commitment to community service and has served in leadership and volunteer roles with several nonprofit organizations, including the Junior League of Boston and the Boston Public Library. As a member of the Board of Directors, Connie is honored to support the NEW Health’s mission and contribute to efforts that strengthen the health and well-being of the community.
