Most people have never heard of MSH.

But in the research on mold-related illness, it may be one of the most important hormones to understand. It regulates sleep, pain, inflammation, gut function, and hormonal balance, and it appears to be measurably low in the vast majority of mold patients.

Standard labs don’t test for it. Most doctors don’t know to order it. And without it, the inflammatory cascade that mold exposure may trigger has no brake.

🏡Your home is often the main source of exposure. These molds are the ones most commonly found in water-damaged buildings and are strongly associated with mold toxicity symptoms.

How it works:
1. Order your kit online to be shipped to your home
2. Collect a dust sample in minutes with the included tools
3. Mail it back to our third-party lab
4. Get a clear, guided report within 1-2 weeks

Most people struggling with mold-related symptoms are often never tested for the right markers.
Instead, they’re told it’s stress, anxiety, burnout, hormones… while the real root cause continues to be overlooked.

We’re incredibly grateful to have had this important conversation with on her podcast 🎙️

For years, Mikhaila has used her platform to raise awareness around chronic illness, biotoxin exposure, and the devastating impact mold can have on physical and mental health. Through her work and initiatives like biotoxin.com, she’s helping millions of people be better educated on the impacts of mold and biotoxins on health.

We believe these conversations matter deeply. The more awareness we create around Mold Toxicity and environmental health, the more people can finally begin connecting the dots and understanding that they are not crazy or alone.

For anyone currently struggling to find answers after mold exposure: there is hope. Healing is possible, and the first step is finally being seen, heard, and properly informed.

Thank you to Mikhaila for your openness, honesty, and willingness to amplify these conversations publicly 🤍

Not everyone can pack up and leave a moldy home overnight.
Lease agreements. Financial constraints. Family situations. Rental markets.

The reality is that for many people, leaving immediately isn’t an option, and being told to « just move » without any practical guidance for the meantime isn’t helpful.

So here is what you can actually do while you’re still there.
Create one genuinely clean room. Test your air properly. Clean with the right tools. Reduce your body’s inflammatory load in parallel. And understand the severity of what you’re dealing with so you can make informed decisions about what comes next.

None of this replaces getting out of the environment. But it changes what the exposure is doing to your body in the meantime.

Did you know that nearly 50% of U.S. homes show signs of dampness or mold?

And that around 1 in 4 people may have genetic difficulty clearing mold-related biotoxins from the body?

For some, mold exposure may contribute to symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, hormone imbalances, and inflammation that often go unexplained for years.
