Some of our classes will have themes while others may be guided depending on what the group may need. At the beginning (after a short intro), you will have the opportunity to express whatever is present in your heart or set a specific intention. This is optional- no one ever has to share, however when you do it can be a powerful experience and opportunity to be seen, held and witnessed in community.

The primary tool used in class is your breath and music but we may incorporate essential oils and sacred smoke. This practice serves as an active meditation, guiding you to move energy through the body by utilizing your breath to override the executive functions of the brain. This approach enables to access the limbic system, which plays a crucial role in memory, regulating emotions, behavior and motivation.

Meet Lindsey, Founder of Soul Flower Wellness.

From the moment she stepped into the wellness industry, Lindsey envisioned creating a sanctuary for healing that would uplift not only her clients but also fellow practitioners.

This dream became a reality when she founded Soul Flower Wellness over 12 years ago, transforming it into a vibrant community of collaborative, like-minded women—extraordinary healers, educators, and guides devoted to personal and collective growth.

With over 15,000 hands-on hours since 2008, Lindsey has honed her craft as a master massage therapist, blending intuitive bodywork with a deep understanding of holistic healing.

She is a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher, women's empowerment mentor, and has expanded her knowledge through the 2022 Integrative Somatic Trauma Healing program at The Embody Lab. She brings over two decades of experience navigating the realms of trauma and addiction, informed by both her personal journey and her commitment to supporting others in their healing.

Lindsey is currently furthering her offerings as a breath work healer, training under the esteemed lineage of David Elliot. She passionately shares her excitement for this transformative practice, which she believes is essential for both individual healing and creating community bonds.
