I’ve learned to separate people from their actions, and to question where strong emotions really come from. Not everything we hear is truth, and not every feeling we have is ours to keep.
Discernment matters. Awareness matters.
And sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is pause, reflect, and choose differently.
