Before the Bloom…
To advance public health, we need more than good seeds—we need evidence, collaboration, and a shared commitment to meaningful change.
Our tour through the Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University helped illuminate what comes next. The first magnolias, Siberian squill, and daffodils emerging—quiet reminders that growth begins beneath the surface. The simplicity of nature felt like a shared gift, and a meaningful closing to this year’s symposium at the Thich Nhat Hanh Center for Mindfulness in Public Health.
When science and practice move together, mindfulness becomes more than a personal tool—it becomes a public health strategy.
Stay tuned for some amazing emerging programs this year!
