I picked up some cherries and they are SO delicious! Not only are they sweet and refreshing, but cherries may also help support reduced inflammation, recovery, and better sleep thanks to their natural antioxidants and nutrients.

One of my favorite ways to enjoy them? By themselves for a quick snack or added to yogurt for a delicious combo of fiber + protein! 🍒

🚗 Let’s Talk NON-SCALE VICTORIES (NSV)! 🎉… or was this one a victory and an annoyance? 😅

Picture this: someone parked WAY too close to my driver’s side door. 🚙🤦🏽‍♀️ Like… seriously?

Because of their questionable parking skills 🙃, I had to climb in through the passenger side of my car.

Now listen… I am NOT into squeezing into tight spaces 😂 BUT it made me stop and think…

✨ This is actually a Non-Scale Victory.

Back in 2017, I lost 80 pounds — and today I’m closer to 90 pounds down. 💪🏽

If I hadn’t made those changes years ago, I probably would’ve been sitting there waiting for the other car to move so I could leave. Instead? I climbed across the seat (while mildly annoyed 😆) and kept it moving.

Sometimes progress doesn’t show up on the scale.
Sometimes it looks like:
✔️ Moving more comfortably
✔️ Feeling stronger
✔️ Having more mobility
✔️ Being able to do things that once felt impossible

So yes… I’m calling this a blessing and an annoyance 😂🙌🏽
