For those who are newer here, I thought I’d introduce myself.
I’m Jane Thomas, a Traditional Naturopath, health coach, Certified SHAPE ReClaimed Practitioner, and lifelong home cook with a passion for creating healthier food that still tastes like real food.
For years I’ve worked with people who want to improve their health without feeling like they have to give up the foods they love. Along the way, I discovered that many people struggle with finding recipes that are healthier, actually taste good, and work consistently.
That’s why I created the Naturally Sweet & Savory Digital Library.
These are professionally developed and kitchen-tested guides built from real-life cooking, repeated testing, and practical experience — not just random recipes collected together. Through trial and error, I created these recipes myself and many clients and friends know my recipes are reliable and delish. I focus on systems that help you create foods you’ll actually make again and again.
