Your mind, your beliefs, perspectives, unprocessed trauma, memories, stories you tell yourself, self talk------->
ALL DETERMINES YOUR LIFE
What you are willing to do, tolerate, what you believe is possible, what's worth pursuing, is something bad or good??!
It all creates an environment for thriving, surviving or diving....
Creating your life begins in your mind.
Now, this isn't to say we can neglect the body as what we do and how we tend to the body will also affect the mind.
Movement allows thoughts to move instead of circulating.
The quality of your food will create one of three qualities- dullness, stimulation, or stillness.
Your mind is also influenced by what you consume through your ears, eyes and nose.
