Because real transformation takes commitment, we've designed two packages to support your journey:

🫧 Starter β€” 20 sessions Β· 10% off
🫧 Prime β€” 40 sessions Β· 15% off

Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic inflammation, or investing in your long-term health, HBOT meets you where you are.

🚨 Millions of women stopped taking HRT after a 2002 study claimed it caused breast cancer. That finding was not statistically significant. It could have occurred by chance. And yet it became the basis for a generation of clinical guidelines that left millions of women without an intervention that could have protected their brain, heart, and bones.

Women are 10 times more likely to die from heart disease than breast cancer. Estrogen is one of the most powerful protectors against it. That conversation is long overdue.

πŸ‘€ Swipe through to understand what the science actually shows, and what it means for you.

Behind the lab results, the IV drips, and the treatment plans, there are real people.

This Mother's Day we want to celebrate the six women on our team who make this clinic what it is, and every mother in our community who trusts us with their health.

We see you all. πŸ’š

We're closing out Nursing Week with one of the people who built this place from the ground up β€” meet Colleen Grady, FNP & Chief of Operations. πŸ™Œ

Colleen entered medicine in 2008, started in emergency care, went on medical missions to underserved countries around the world, and together with her husband helped build RMRM into what it is today.

Her superpower? Treating root causes instead of just symptoms, and making every patient feel like the only patient.

We are so lucky to have you, Colleen. Thank you for everything you do clinically, operationally, and humanly. πŸ’š

Happy Nursing Week to ALL our incredible nurses. You are the backbone of everything we do. 🌟

Day 4 of Nursing Week and we're highlighting someone who has literally canoed the Yukon River. πŸ›Ά

Meet Audrey Buma, RN β€” nearly 20 years in acute care nursing across Washington, Alaska, and Colorado, with the vast majority spent in emergency departments where she learned one very important truth: proactive beats reactive every single time.

Audrey's philosophy is simple: why wait for disease to take the wheel when you can take charge NOW? Her individualized, collaborative care plans are built to actually last, because she's in it with you for the long haul.

When she's not saving the day at RMRM, you'll find her outside with her husband and two boys, doing puzzles (wooden ones, fancy), catching jam bands, and enjoying a well-earned local beer. 🍺🧩🎸

The Yukon called and she answered. So did we. So lucky to have you, Audrey! πŸ’š

Day 3 of Nursing Week goes to someone who once won an entire Ironman. Not placed. WON. πŸ†

Meet Kendra Lee, RN β€” Ironman Canada 2012 champion, multiple Kona World Championship racer, and all-around human superhero. She brought that same endurance athlete mindset straight to functional medicine.

After nearly 20 years in emergency nursing, Kendra realized the hospital system was more "sickcare" than healthcare, and she wanted to actually help people thrive. So she made the switch to integrative medicine and never looked back.

Now she spends her days helping clients advocate for their own health, improve their quality of life, and understand that health really is our greatest investment.

Off the clock, she's in Hygiene, CO with her husband, three boys, two dogs, a good book, and probably some form of movement happening nearby. πŸ•πŸ•πŸ“š

Kendra, your energy is literally superhuman. Thank you for bringing it to us every day! πŸ’š
