Nurses Deserves Better Than Constant Noise 🔊

Today’s clinical environments generate thousands of alerts per shift, many of which are non-actionable. This constant noise contributes directly to burnout, fragmented workflows, and reduced situational awareness.

Connexall helps organizations shift this reality by intelligently delivering only the alerts that matter, ensuring nurses can focus on patient care - not system noise.

Join us at the ONL 2026 Annual Meeting as we connect with nursing professionals who are driving change across clinical, operational, and academic settings. Because leadership isn’t just about managing systems, but enabling teams with the tools, technology and assistance to ensure nurses can focus on patient care, not noise.

Start a deeper conversation about supporting nurses at booth #3 with Jeffrey Fishman.

The data is clear, and nurses know it:
Too many alarms = too much noise
Too much noise = missed signals, slower response, and burnout

At its core, nursing is about presence, focus, and connection. But today’s care environments often make that harder than it should be.

Connexall was built to change that.

At ONL, we’ll explore how healthcare teams are:
📲 Reducing unnecessary alarm exposure
💙Supporting nurse retention through smarter workflows
🧠 Improving focus, response time, and clinical confidence

Visit Jeffrey Fishman at table #3 and learn how to address alarm fatigue at scale.

What does connected care actually look like?

At the e-Health Conference & Tradeshow Frank DiGioia, Mark Turpie and Ashleigh Dewildt will answer that exact question with discussions around interoperability, workforce sustainability and data governance.

Conenxall is excited to be part of Canada’s largest digital health event - engaging with professionals who want to connect their systems, orchestrate improved patient care and operate with proven compliance.

Join us at booth #120 on June 14th at the Halifax Convention Centre.

Certain sacrifices are impossible to measure: They’re not captured in numbers. They’re not easily explained. They’re felt quietly, and deeply.

This Memorial Day, we honor those who demonstrated the highest form of sacrifice - giving their lives in service to others. Their legacy continues to shape the values we carry forward today.

Today, we pause, not to move forward, but to remember ahd honor those who made today possible.

What matters the most in rural healthcare?

Today the answer goes beyond access: it’s about reliability, coordination, and the ability to act when it counts.

At the National Rural Health Association N49th Annual Conference, experts are challenging assumptions about how systems should function. Connexall is part of that conversation, helping organizations bring systems together so information doesn’t get lost, delayed, or overlooked.

The goal isn’t more technology.
It’s better use of what’s already there.

If your priority is making the most of every role, every shift, and every moment, connect with Joe Davis, Kathryn Rabb, Tim Lynas & Huong Martin.

In rural healthcare, small improvements can make a big difference.

At NRHA, those improvements are front and center: whether it’s streamlining workflows, strengthening team coordination, or improving response times in critical moments.

Connexall supports these efforts by helping systems communicate more effectively, ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

If your organization is looking for ways to reduce inefficiencies without adding complexity, join Kathryn Rabb, Joe Davis & Tim Lynas onsite.

Healthcare isn’t standing still, and neither are the systems that support it.

At the Kentucky Hospital Association Annual Conference, hospital leaders are focusing on what comes next: how to create environments that are more connected, responsive, and efficient.

Connexall helps organizations move in that direction by bridging gaps between systems and ensuring information flows where it’s needed, when it’s needed.

The result is less confusion, better coordination, and stronger outcomes.

If future‑ready systems are on your agenda, meet Andrea Oser & Greg Duke on the showfloor.

Technology should support clinical judgment, not compete with it.

At the HIMSS New York Nursing Symposium, informatics leaders are exploring how to bring clarity to complexity by turning data into meaningful clinical awareness.

Connexall supports this by filtering, prioritizing, and delivering alert information with intention, so clinicians aren’t forced to sift through noise to find what matters.

If your goal is to improve visibility without increasing burden, connect with Jeff Fishman and MaryAnn Connor & learn how to support confident clinical decision-making

What keeps a healthcare facility truly running?

It’s not just infrastructure: it’s coordination, communication, and the ability to respond in real time.

At CHES Manitoba, we are onsite supporting healthcare facility engineers and architects as they explore ways to strengthen workflows, communication, and system reliability.

Connexall is proud to be part of these discussions - connecting systems, reducing friction, and enabling more efficient operations where it matters most.

What if every alarm had clear ownership?

Historically, alarms just fired into the hallway. Staff heard beeping from somewhere. They saw lights flashing from multiple directions. But they didn't know what the alarm was about. They didn't know where it was coming from. They didn't know if it was theirs to answer.

That's not a failure of the people. That's a failure of the system.

Between 72% and 99% of clinical alarms are false or non-actionable. The average ICU patient triggers over 350 alarms per day. Healthcare workers aren't missing alarms because they don't care. They're overwhelmed because the volume is humanly impossible to process without the right tools.

Connexall is the complete opposite of hallway chaos.

→ The closest caregiver to the room can receive an alert immediately
→ Alerts are routed directly to the assigned nurse of that patient
→ Alerts can automatically or manually escalate to other staff until acknowledged
→ All alerts come with context
→ Every response is tracked and documented

No more guessing which room. No more "I thought someone else had it." No more alarms lost in the noise.

When the right alert reaches the right clinician with clear ownership, everyone wins. The nurse. The aide. The patient.

Healthcare workers are already extraordinary. They deserve technology that works as hard as they do.
