🇹🇼 Our Taiwan workshop was a great success!

Over two inspiring days, Russell and I had the privilege of introducing Structural Integration (SI) to more than 30 healthcare and bodywork professionals, including physicians, physical therapists, and massage therapists.

The most rewarding moments came after the hands-on sessions, when participants stood up and spontaneously exclaimed, “Wow!” and “I can’t believe the difference!” Those expressions of surprise and joy echoed throughout the classroom again and again.

Moments like these remind me why I love teaching. ❤️

And we’re not done yet! This weekend we’ll be offering the second workshop, and I sincerely hope this is just the beginning of Structural Integration growing in Taiwan.

This July 27–29, I'm organizing a 3-day workshop in Tokyo with Russell Stolzoff, a Rolfing Advanced Instructor based in Seattle.

The theme: 【Rolfing & Sports】

Russell is among a rare handful of Advanced Rolfing Instructors worldwide, and his client roster speaks for itself — college soccer players, NFL professional football players, professional basketball and baseball players. He truly works at the leading edge of performance care.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of presenting a webinar for participants joining from Taiwan. 🌏

I wasn't sure what to expect — connecting across distance, across language, across bodies we can't yet touch. But something beautiful happened. The questions were deep. The curiosity was alive. We explored together what it means to listen to the body through the lens of Rolfing.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, opened up, and stayed curious with me. This felt like the beginning of something.

✨Client Reflection on The Art of Yielding ✨

I’m grateful to share these words from B., who recently experienced The Art of Yielding for the first time:

After a long journey, Life Harmony Boulder is back to regular sessions starting today.
