A graduate of the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy, Irina combines technical skill with intuitive touch, creating a healing experience rooted in both science and soul.

MURPH. CRUSHED. Saturday morning at E6 & hit different this week. Our badass crew showed up, suited up, and absolutely dominated the Murph Challenge. A true test of grit, grind, & guts.
Shoutout to our beast of the day, Alex, who clocked in at 29:14! That’s a full 10 MINUTES FASTER than Murph himself. You read that right. Legend status unlocked.
To everyone who showed up, pushed through, and left it all out there: you’re the heartbeat of E6 & . Community, courage, and commitment! We saw it in every pull-up, every push-up, every step.
