🥁✨ SPIRIT OF THE DRUM: COMMUNITY DRUM CIRCLE & RHYTHMIC AWARENESS ✨🥁

Join us for a 2-hour immersive experience where rhythm becomes connection, awareness, and community.
This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you learn the foundations of drumming in a supportive and engaging environment. We begin with grounding exercises and simple techniques for holding and playing the drum comfortably, followed by easy rhythmic patterns that help develop timing, listening skills, coordination, and confidence.
Through call-and-response exercises, group grooves, and interactive rhythm games, participants will experience what it feels like to lead, follow, and support others through music. No previous musical experience is required.
During this class you will:
🥁 Learn basic drumming techniques and hand positioning.
🥁 Develop rhythm, timing, and active listening skills.
🥁 Explore call-and-response patterns and community drumming.
🥁 Experience the connection between rhythm, mindfulness, and presence.

We conclude with a gentle community rhythm circle, integration, and discussion so you leave feeling inspired, connected, and empowered with practical drumming skills.
