My heart is full!! What a beautiful night under the full moon at Camp Shaw! Thank you everyone that always comes to my things and thank you to all the new people. I hope that you all slept well and feel a little lighter! And a big THANK YOU to Amanda Joubert Shoup for always volunteering to assist in any ideas I have!! 💕

✨Full Moon Sound Bath✨
Join me at Camp Shaw under the full moon!

There’s something undeniably special about gathering under the energy of a Full Moon. 🌕✨

For centuries, the Full Moon has been honored across cultures as a time for reflection, release, completion, and renewal—an opportunity to slow down, turn inward, and let go of what we no longer wish to carry.

A Sound Bath creates the perfect space for that intention.

As the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums, rattles, and other healing sounds move through the you, you’re invited to quiet the thinking mind and settle deeply into your body. The sound can encourage relaxation, stillness, and a sense of connection—giving you space to simply receive.

During the Full Moon, we can use that quiet space to ask ourselves:

What am I ready to release?
What have I outgrown?
What deserves forgiveness?
What am I ready to make room for?

You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t even have to know what needs to shift.

Simply arrive as you are.
Lie back. Close your eyes. Breathe.
Allow the sound to surround you while the light of the Full Moon reminds you that release is part of becoming.
