Lots of movement opportunities

These morning classes at are Pay What You Can for Drop in.

Drop in means that you are not a member btw 😉 Please still register for class. Our space is small-ish and I need to know how to lay it out. If you have trouble signing up, feel free to get in touch and I can walk you through it.

There is also Drop in options at .co so if you want to come check out a class, it’s $20. Again, huge preference for signing up in advance - waivers etc.

The two classes at Bird Park through have drop in and whole summer discount options. You do not need to register in advance, but of course it is always preferable

Move Like Water
Every other Tuesday

The human body is made up of about 75% … we are essentially bodies of water. Move Like Water explores release techniques from somatic movement practices, dance, Noguchi Taiso (Japanese gymnastics training), Body Weather Laboratory, yoga, and more. Pulling from a lifetime of movement studies, seah guides an evening of exploring what it’s like to move like water.
