Hello dear friends and clients,
I have some news I've been processing and feel the time is right to share...
As many of you may know I have been a cardiac patient since a near death event at age 22, caused by Influenza B. Over the decades my heart stayed pretty much the same, and didn't really affect my day-to-day life, but this year it has taken a turn.
One of my valves has severe regurgitation now, causing blood to flow backwards into my heart, and the structural changes are now limiting my physical abilities. I am currently in the pipeline to have heart surgery to repair or replace the valve—hopefully in December—and am unable to work at this time.
To be completely transparent I'm also going through a painful divorce which is taxing in its own way, and has been limiting my capacity to hold space for 1:1 Energy Medicine sessions.
All of this has forced me to make the difficult decision to temporarily close my practice and pause all public sound healing events until I'm fully recovered and cleared by cardiology, hopefully in the Spring of 2027.
This has been a deeply inward year as I've been diving into my own healing work with a combination of EMDR therapy and regular Energy Medicine sessions to process everything in my mind somatically through my body. I've also learned more about Human Design, Gene Keys, and healing ancestral trauma through Alchemical Constellations work. It's been challenging for sure, but also so enlightening, expansive, and transformative that I don't identify with my old wounded self anymore and it has strengthened my discipline with my daily practices.
All of the healing I've experienced has deeply ingrained my belief in the power of somatics to release trauma from our cells so much that soon I'll be starting a 2-year certification program to become a SomaSoul Registered Somatic Therapist!
As one who truly believes in TURNING MY PAIN TO PURPOSE I am genuinely excited to start this process. While the 3D world presents heavy human transitions right now, my higher spiritual Self remains untouched, radiant, and anchored in truth and peace. I can see the clear path ahead and envision my future—living in flow, with a regenerative capacity to assist you all on your healing journeys, thus expanding my inner light exponentially.
I humbly ask for your support in sending prayers, high vibrations, and healing energy my way—no sympathy or pity needed, just light, strength, and love—as we know that 'healers need healing too'.
