🍂🍸 Our Independent Living residents were Sipping into Fall in the most delicious way! From festive martinis to an incredible spread of fall-inspired hors d'oeuvres prepared by our amazing Culinary Team, it was the perfect way to welcome the season. The beautiful flavors, cozy atmosphere, and wonderful company made for an afternoon full of laughter, connection, and autumn cheer. Cheers to fall and the special moments we share together! 🍁🧡

⛵🎶 Our Regatta-Themed Happy Hour was smooth sailing thanks to the incredible Ben DeLong Band! Residents had a blast singing along to their favorite tunes, dancing with friends, and enjoying an afternoon filled with laughter, music, and fun. Thank you, Ben, for helping us make such wonderful memories together! 💙

🔧👏 A big shoutout to Matt and Rick for representing Bowling Green at their Annual Facilities Summit for Directors of Plant Operations and Directors of Environmental Services!

This special event brings leaders from across Trilogy together for training, collaboration, networking, and the sharing of best practices that help communities thrive. The summit also includes an awards ceremony celebrating the outstanding accomplishments happening across campuses and recognizing teams for the great work they do every day.

We are grateful for Matt and Rick’s commitment to learning, growing, and bringing new ideas back to our community. Thank you both for your dedication to creating a safe, beautiful, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and team members! 💙

🍦 Sweet memories were made on Legacy’s trip to Toft's Ice Cream Parlor - Port Clinton! With beautiful weather, great company, and some delicious frozen treats, it was the perfect day to get out and enjoy one of Ohio’s favorite sweet spots. Smiles were plentiful, scoops were enjoyed, and everyone came home with happy hearts (and full bellies!). ☀️🍨💙

🎠❤️ Our residents had an amazing time exploring the Merry-Go-Round Museum in Sandusky! From the beautifully carved carousel animals to the intricate woodwork and artwork displayed throughout the museum, there was something special around every corner.

The visit sparked wonderful memories and conversations as residents reminisced about carousel rides from years gone by. It was a fun-filled day of history, art, and great company! 🎨✨

🎲❤️ Left, Right, Center is always a resident favorite in our Independent Living neighborhood! The laughter, friendly competition, and excitement of every roll keep everyone coming back for more.

What makes it even more special is when our Junior Volunteers join in on the fun! Watching different generations connect over a game is a wonderful reminder that friendship and fun have no age limit.

We think it's safe to say that when Left, Right, Center is on the calendar, everyone is hoping for a winning roll! 🎲😊

☕❤️ Our monthly visits to Grounds For Thought are quickly becoming a favorite tradition! Our residents look forward to these outings every month, and this time we were treated to beautiful weather and coffee on the patio.

Good coffee, great company, and plenty of conversation made for another wonderful morning together. We would like to thank Grounds for Thought for always providing a welcoming place for our residents to gather! We’re already counting down to next month’s visit! ☀️☕

🍉 Cheers to National Watermelon Day! 🍉

How do you celebrate National Watermelon Day? If you're one of our Independent Living residents, the answer is easy... with Happy Hour and watermelon margaritas, of course! 🍹😎

Our amazing Culinary Team got into the spirit by whipping up a delicious spread of watermelon-inspired hors d'oeuvres that were almost too pretty to eat. Almost! Residents enjoyed great food, refreshing drinks, and even better company as we toasted to one of summer's sweetest treats.

At The Willows, we love finding fun reasons to gather together, share a laugh, and create memories with friends. Here's to celebrating the little things that make life so sweet... especially when watermelon is involved! 🍉❤️

💜 A Dream Come True for Connie 💜

Last Friday, our team had the joy of surprising Connie with a very special Live A Dream Experience! Like all of us at one time or another, Connie had been feeling a little down, so we came together to give her the pick-me-up she so deserved.

The surprise began with a beautiful new outfit for her special day out, followed by a trip to The Gallery, where she was pampered with fresh hair color, a fabulous new style, and a relaxing manicure. 💇‍♀️💅✨Looking and feeling her best, Connie then headed to a local hotspot, Sam B's, where she enjoyed a delicious filet mignon and an ice cold cocktail for lunch. 🍽️🍹

Most importantly, the day was filled with smiles, laughter, and the reminder that our residents are deeply loved and valued. Seeing Connie's happiness shine through made this experience so meaningful for everyone involved. At The Willows, we're grateful for opportunities like our Live A Dream program that allow us to celebrate the amazing individuals who make our community so special. ❤️
