The Bowling Green Community Center is a clean and modern exercise facility with friendly staff and updated equipment. There is an unbanked running / walking track; two full gym courts; lobby with healthy vending and free wireless internet; and a fitness area with the newest bikes and ellipticals.

In observance the Presidents Day Holiday all non-24-hour City facilities, apart from the Bowling Green Community Center (reduced hours, 7a.m.- 12p.m.), will be closed on Monday, Feb. 16.

The refuse and recycling collection will be delayed by one day:
-Monday’s route will be collected on Tuesday.
-Tuesday’s route will be collected on Wednesday.
-Wednesday’s route will be collected on Thursday.
-Thursday’s route will be collected on Friday.

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, all non-24 hour City facilities, including the Bowling Green Community Center, will be closed on Friday, July 4th.

The City Pool will be open.

Due to forecasts of high heat index as well as threat of storms, the Lunch in the Park scheduled for Friday, June 27th will be moved indoors into the atrium of the Veterans Building. So please join us for delicious food from Call of the Canyon and great music from the Gene Parker Trio from 11:30am-1:00pm this Friday.
