It isn't appearance! I have cellulite and a softer than I'd like appearance but that doesn't mean I'm not healthy.
I have normal bloodwork, hormones are balanced I sleep good without medication, I exercise and eat a pretty balanced diet, I p**p normal and p*e a nice color 🤣 I'm not on daily medications and I feel good, I can work through my anxiety and have said no to lorazepams, I know what triggers anxiety, I listen to my body, I find the root cause if something's wrong, I have a strong marriage and strong relationships...I could go on. But also I'm not perfect, those things aren't always aligned. There's balance to this! I have bad days and feel crappy sometimes but overall I'm in good health and that's what matters.
Health, it's not what someone looks like. It's not a shredded body and insane muscle definition. That person could be riddled with stress, eating like crap and drinking constantly!
So don't get down on yourself if you don't look like a "healthy person"
What is health to you!? 👇🏼
