Catherine Davalle, in her role as Opening Director, is guiding the continued evolution of the property’s foundational guest journey and service culture. Her focus centers on aligning operational detail with The WELL’s signature approach to holistic wellness—where design, programming, and service are intentionally integrated to support longevity and lifestyle optimization. Catherine brings prior experience in luxury hospitality leadership roles where guest experience development and pre-opening ex*****on were central to her scope.
Recently joining the leadership team is Vivian Villamizar, Director of Operations, whose background in luxury spa environments brings a strong emphasis on consistency, team leadership, and elevated service standards. Previously serving as Director of Spa at The Belgrove Resort, Vivian’s experience spans high-touch spa operations within a luxury hospitality setting, with a focus on performance, guest satisfaction, and operational cohesion.
