As a fairly new pilates instructor, it takes me much longer to write a class than it does for when I teach a strength-based class.

A lot of thought goes into writing my classes. I want to make sure everyone that comes to a class feels capable and is doing each movement properly, all while having fun and (hopefully) enjoying my playlist! 😆🎶

I’m teaching a couple of times coming up before I leave for my road trip in June! Come out and try a class. Both are donation based. 🩵
