Just found this app Life Countdown!

Although it may invoke some anxiety in anticipation of our death, it helps me stay present and recognize how precious our limited time is here and with each other.

We only have so many boxes.

Death Cleaning & Organizing!

An aspect of death is letting go of this material world.
Death cleaning helps you figure out what holds meaning to you in your life and what you may or may not want to pass onto your loved ones.

Exercise: Make a list of your most sacred possessions and describe what meaning they hold for you. That way your loved ones have a story to share about the significance of that artifact.
Then let go of what doesn't bring you happiness or joy.
