So I designed this on commission a while ago but then I got to tattoo it as well! It’s funny what a difference 3 years can make for the way I design and the progression of my style, because I ended up changing quite a bit of the original design! Odin the allfather and one of his raven boys! Is it Huginn, Muninn? Both?

A new concept! Werewolf this time, let me know what you think, and if anyone is interested in getting this tattooed, or tattooing a sleeve or a piece based off of the Nordic saga of Sigmund and Sinfjötli, please let me know! I would love to tattoo that! For those of you who are unfamiliar, this is a story of a father and son duo who find enchanted wolf pellets and when they put them on, they are able to transform into wolves. It’s a whole ordeal! DM me if you’re interested, and I will figure that out with you!

OK folks, this is a different and a fun one! I’ve decided I wanted to do a series of movie, cryptic and mythological creatures that are Nordic inspired, and I was just re-watching one of my favorite horror movies The Ritual and I thought, well that could be fun! Also if anyone wants me to tattoo this awesome monster on them, let me know….maybe you love this movie creature, with a little Nordic mythology inspiration in its creation, just as much as I do??!! what should I do next? I have a werewolf waiting to be posted!

Throw back to a project from a couple of years ago, still one of the sleeves I really love, especially the top and Jormungandr’s head and body. Some pivotal stories from Norse mythology, including Thor fishing for Jorm, Tyr and Fenrir, and an Odin hand Godmask with his ravens Huginn and Muninn.

One of my favorite sleeves of all time, the divine feminine of Nordic mythology, if you will. Representing Freya, Valkyries, the Völva, and all shieldmaidens and warrior women. Add in a splash of the cosmos and the wolves Sköll and Hati that chase them, with a little bit of orange, and it’s one of my favorites!

A mixing of two Stave churches - the picture is from my visit to the Gol Stave Church at the Norsk Folkemuseum in Oslo, and the art based on the Urnes Stave Church. My Norway travels are far from concluded! Also, I would love to do an Urnes sleeve or tattoo, if anyone is interested?
