Water falls and flows freely, gracefully – given. Water cleanses and clears. Water cools and settles. Will begin with an opening circle, and then forage along the creek for wild herbs for tea, dipping our toes along the way. While our wild tea blends steep, we will practice gentle restorative yoga and breath work to settle in. We’ll savor our tea as we listen to the soundscape of the stream, and we’ll close with a clear intention as we flow into fall. Sliding scale 35 to 75 per person. Link in bio.
