Rachel - Perfect Zen Perfect Zen offers a variety of services focusing on restoring balance, health and well-being. My name is Rachel Harwood. in Dubuque, Iowa.

I am excited to share with you the tools that I have learned to improve and enhance the quality of the life I live. I have been a practicing Reiki Master since 2009, Sound Healer, Sound Massage Practitioner, and Breathwork Practitioner since 2020, and have had the opportunity to live and travel the world. Through the experiences, I have gained a broader perspective on life and what it truly means

to be happy. I offer a variety of classes and workshops, weekly gatherings, as well as private sessions. I am currently sharing many great programs at Challenge to Change, Inc. Drop your kiddos off for yoga and enjoy a dinner to yourself in the heart of SRQ! We are located in the cottages off of Fruitville and Osprey @ 1724 4th St

Every week from 6:30–7:30 PM, will provide a cozy evening of movement, mindfulness, and magic made just for our next generation. Join for yoga, breathwork, and a soft wind-down to help your child rest easy and shine bright.

This week, she will offer 4 tickets at no cost to you, DM to claim.
