An order never disappoints. Seriously, check out their website. Everything is made fresh to order using REAL FOOD! There are no shady ingredients used in any of their products. If you’re not someone who makes homemade bread this is the absolute best option because you won’t find bread products this clean in any store. No, I am not sponsored in anyway by this company, just giving a shoutout because I’m so glad I found them. They use ingredients like dates and organic coconut sugar as sweeteners, organic unbleached flour instead of the sad excuse for flour that is found in store bought items, and are allergen friendly!

I truly think once your eyes are opened you can’t look at anything the same ever again.
The more I’ve learned about holistic health and nutrition over this past year, the more “normal” things seem insane to me.
Whether it’s food or products, I’ve come to realize most things are just conglomerates of chemicals that are slowly poisoning our bodies.
Maybe you think I’m crazy, but I’ll never stop learning and continuing to treat my body with respect.
I can’t force others to do the same, but I can share some of the best things I’ve learned.
Number one tip: learn how to read a nutrition label. Not just the calories but the ingredients!

✨High Protein Sweet Potato Ground Beef Bowl✨

For those who aren’t great at cooking or don’t have a lot of time, this is a simple meal that is packed in nutrients.

Simply chop sweet potatoes into bite size pieces and roast in the oven at 400° for 30 minutes. During that time, sauté ground beef in a pan with seasonings of choice. Cook until browned. Once the potatoes and beef are cooked, assemble bowl with toppings of choice. Here I chose organic greens, onion, Greek yogurt & mashed avocado but you can add your favorites.

Eating real food is the goal. It doesn’t need to be fancy or complicated. This whole meal took 30 minutes of my time and I made enough for 4 portions so that means 3 days where I don’t have to cook at all. Stop the excuses okayyyyy 🙃

Some recent items from target that have clean ingredients

Yough frozen pizza, with crust made from greek yogurt and organic flour! I tried this the other day and it was legit good with clean ingredients.

Coconut cult yogurt contains really great probiotics and has great ingredients. This flavor was so good, I’m excited to try more.

Of course grass fed grass finished ribeye and ground beef are such good quality meats at great prices.

is organic as well as the tea bag isn’t made of harmful plastic like most companies. These are by far the best teas.

is an awesome company that makes dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and more! Switching to this brand has been such an easy swap to a product I don’t have to worry about being toxic.

is one of the only flavored seltzer waters that doesn’t contain those dreaded “natural flavors” I will say that some flavors have citric acid which by now you should know that’s a fancy name for black mold, so read the ingredients and buy the flavors that have only real fruit!

Plus organic greens & tomatoes at affordable prices!

If you haven’t checked out targets food or products in a while, they’ve made great strides in the last year to carry better cleaner products.

organic grass fed milk and at a better price than Publix is a major score
us organic castor oil is now at Walmart. Castor oil has so many uses, not only for hair but its antibacterial, anti inflammatory, and may help ease menstrual cramps.

chocolate is my absolute favorite. Clean ingredients and such a great taste. I definitely still crave sweets and chocolate but choosing Hu I don’t ever feel guilty because it’s a clean product.

Pasture raised eggs are the only types of eggs I buy, the hens are required to have 108sq ft each of space. This results in typically more orange yolks because the hens have a more diverse diet and better living environment.

Organic berries at a great price! Remember, always try to buy your berries organic because they are part of the meaning they contain high levels of pesticides.
