💳 Exciting Update from Upper Valley Pediatrics! 💙

We are transitioning to a new card processing system designed to make payments easier, more secure, and more convenient for our families.

Coming soon, this system will be integrated directly into our Patient Portal, allowing you to securely make payments online anytime, anywhere!

⚠️ Important: If you currently have a credit card on file with our office, we will need an updated Credit Card on File Consent Form completed. Due to the transition, existing card information cannot be transferred to the new system and will need to be re-entered.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we make these improvements to better serve our patients and families. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office.
