Retail & Wellness Support Team Member (must be 18 or older)

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and grounded individual to join our wellness shop team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in metaphysical and holistic wellness products, and can help create a welcoming and peaceful environment for customers.

🌙 Position Details
• Pay: $15 per hour

🕯 Regular Hours:
• Fridays: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturdays: 10:00 AM – approximately 3:00 PM
(includes shop cleaning duties)

✨ Additional hours may occasionally be available for:
• Events
• Vendor fairs
• Covering shifts, days, or weeks when owner is off

🔮 Responsibilities
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Cashing out customers and handling cash/card transactions accurately
• Restocking and organizing inventory
• Cleaning and maintaining a calm, welcoming shop environment
• Assisting with inventory management
• Supporting shop events and special promotions
• Learning product knowledge to help customers with purchases

🌿 Qualifications
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems
• Ability to multitask in a retail environment
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Must be comfortable cleaning and maintaining the shop

✨ Basic knowledge or genuine interest in:
• Crystals
• Tarot
• Essential oils
• Holistic/metaphysical wellness products

💫 Preferred Qualities
• Positive and calming presence
• Team player with a willingness to learn
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently

What a gorgeous, perfect morning!

I got up with stiff legs and aching feet.
But as I let our dog out, I chose to step outside, to intentionally step barefoot 🦶 into the still damp grass, to pause a moment on my favorite rock 🪨.
An exchange of energy between nature and myself. ✨
Feel the weight of the day slide off.
Grounded
Soothed
Present
Relaxed

Exactly!

Have you ever said, “Where the hell is Twenty One Barrels?” 😅

Honestly… fair.

But here’s the plot twist: Twenty One Barrels is far from nothing and close to everything.

We’re tucked away near Bradford, Ohio....WHERE?????.....It's somehow actually the perfect day trip spot.

About an hour from Dayton
About 1.5 hours from Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis
20 minutes from Troy
5 minutes from hiking at several beautiful preserves along the river.
5 minutes to recreation on the Stillwater River (kyakin, fishing, etc)
5 minutes from the Bradford Ohio Railroad Museum
Within 20 minutes of 1 brewery + 3 other wineries
Cute shops in Versailles, Greenville, Piqua and Troy. All within 20 minutes.

So yes, you may ask “where the hell are we going?” on the drive here.

But once you’re sipping cider, wine, mead, or a slushy on the patio, you’ll get it.

We're weirdly convenient. Surprisingly fun. Very drinkable.
