It’s hard to predict exactly how you’ll feel after a colonic because everyone is different.
Some people feel lighter, less bloated, or more energized, while others might feel drained..
To help set your body up for success, we recommend sticking to whole plant foods for 2 days before and at least the day of following your session (although doesn't hurt to keep that going the following day as well 😉)
Think fresh juices, smoothies, salads, soups, fruits, vegetables..
What you do after your colonic can be just as important as the colonic itself. 🌱
