Join us in celebrating Lisa Johnson, our dedicated Nursing Services Coordinator at Grattan Private Duty Nursing Inc.

Since June of 2007, Lisa has been an essential part of what we do behind the scenes for Grattan Health Care Inc. and Grattan Private Duty Nursing Inc., taking on a wide variety of roles and responsibilities over the years. A true “jill of all trades,” she brings experience, flexibility, and an attention to detail in everything she does.

Today, Lisa continues to support both our clients and staff with care and professionalism in her role as Nursing Services Coordinator for Grattan Private Duty Nursing Inc. Her knowledge of our organization and her willingness to step in wherever needed make her an invaluable member of our team.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, cats and nurturing her love of plants and gardening.

Today is officially the day to celebrate our four-legged friends—and honestly, we think they deserve the recognition.

Whether they’re greeting you at the door, keeping you company on the couch, making you laugh, or simply sitting beside you when you need a friend, dogs have a special way of making an ordinary day a little brighter.

Please join us in congratulating Sarah Svoboda on her promotion to Lead Supervising Professional for Grattan Health Care Inc.

Sarah has been a valued member of our office support team since April 2018 and has steadily grown within our organization. Since 2022, she has also taken on part-time responsibilities as a Qualified Professional for our PCA/CFSS clients, demonstrating dedication, skill, and a strong commitment to the individuals we serve.

We are excited to share that Sarah has now stepped into a Supervising Professional role, where she will lead CFSS, Homemaker, and 245D Services case management and supervision. This milestone reflects not only her hard work and dedication, but also her continued growth in leadership.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her plants, blacksmithing, and archery — a combination that perfectly reflects her patience, creativity, focus, and strength.

We are incredibly proud of Sarah and look forward to the continued impact she will make in this new role.
