Sometimes, we don’t have an immediate opening, but that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about you!

As appointments become available, our team works through the waitlist, considering counselor availability, scheduling preferences, individual needs, and finding the right fit.

Our goal isn’t just to get you an appointment. It’s to help connect you with the counselor who can best support you. 💚

💚 Big feelings come in little packages.

Kids don't always have the words to explain what they're feeling, and that's okay!

Through play, creativity, and conversation, children's therapy provides a safe space to explore emotions, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills.

Each session is an opportunity to grow, connect, and learn skills that can last a lifetime.

Ever notice how one person's bad mood at work can shift the energy of an entire room?

There's actually a name for that: emotional contagion.

Our emotions can rub off on the people around us, often without us even realizing it. Frustration and negativity can spread, but so can enthusiasm, kindness, and encouragement.

💛 Grief isn't a straight line.

While we often hear about the stages of grief, they don't happen in a particular order. Some days feel manageable, while others bring waves of sadness, anger, or longing.

Grief can't be rushed. Tell your story as many times as you need to, and allow others to witness it.

Healing isn't about eliminating grief. It's about learning how to carry it. 💛

💚 Happy World Mental Health Day!

Yesterday, our community showed up in slippers, but what really stood out was the support behind them.

To every business, organization, and individual who participated in this year’s Slipper Shift, THANK YOU! 🥿

What started as a fun way to bring people together carries a much bigger message: mental health matters, asking for help is okay, and everyone deserves a safe place to land.

We’re so grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up for one another.

Here’s to keeping the conversation going long after the slippers come off. 💚

Tomorrow, Saturday, October 10, Kevin is celebrating World Mental Health Day with National Hug a Kevin Day! For every hug, $1 will be donated to Hope Counseling Center, helping make counseling accessible in our community.

🥿💚 Last but certainly not least!

We’re wrapping up this year’s Slipper Shift shoutouts with Hollister R-V School District, who went above and beyond with their creative ways of showing support!

We absolutely loved seeing the fun and thoughtfulness they brought to this year’s event. It’s a wonderful reminder that raising awareness for mental health doesn’t have to be complicated, it can be fun, meaningful, and bring people together.
