I am humbled by this comment from one of my clients.

I have been learning how to share that how I treat, help, and support my clients is different than you’ll find elsewhere, and this is the best description I have heard.

It’s not only about feeling better physically, but letting our physical feed our emotional and vice versa.

Hands on, exercise, listening, solving.

You CAN rehab on your own, in your own time, without co-pays, time traveling to the clinic, and spending a full hour to complete 20 min of activities.

The human body’s superpower in movement is spinal rotation. Spinal rotation creates the most powerful movements in athletics whether it’s throwing, batting, kicking, or shooting, speed and power are built upon the balance, torque and power created by spinal rotation.

Toe walking for 2 minutes a day might look simple, but it asks a lot of your body.

When you rise onto your toes, you activate and challenge:

Calves: gastrocnemius + soleus
Foot + toe flexors: intrinsic foot muscles, flexor hallucis longus, flexor digitorum longus
Ankle stabilizers: posterior tibialis + peroneals
Leg + hip support: hamstrings, quadriceps, gluteus maximus, gluteus medius
Postural support: paraspinal muscles + core stabilizers
Potential benefits of practicing toe walking intentionally for a short period may include:

Improved calf strength
Better ankle stability
Stronger foot and arch control
Improved balance and body awareness
More engagement through the hips and core

A simple way to build lower-leg resilience
This is not about doing something extreme. It is about giving your body a small, focused movement challenge that can build strength, stability, and awareness over time.

Start small.
Move with control.
Stop if you feel pain.
