Greetings Love,
Have you ever had the thought...well maybe I'm just not that spiritual?
Maybe you don't meditate every day.
Maybe your house doesn't smell like palo santo.
Maybe you've never been on a retreat in Bali.
Maybe you don't drink matcha and wear expensive yoga clothes.
(I'm kidding. Sort of and it's ok if it DOES look like those things for you - that's not the point)
Somewhere along the way, spirituality became something we could perform. Something we could buy. Something we could get better at.
That's a tragedy. From where I sit, you cannot fail at being spiritual.
You are a human being with a spirit.
The question isn't whether you're spiritual.
The question is: How are you in relationship with your spirit?
For some people, that relationship looks like prayer.
For others, it looks like sitting quietly in the woods.
For some, it looks like dancing barefoot in the kitchen while dinner simmers.
For others, it looks like making art, tending a garden, singing in church, making love, caring for a friend, sitting beside a dying parent, or standing in awe beneath a sky full of stars.
Spirit speaks many languages.
The trouble begins when we start believing it should look one particular way.
I think part of this comes from what happens when healing, wellness, and spirituality become products. We begin to confuse appearances with depth. We start wondering if we're enlightened enough, disciplined enough, devoted enough.
Meanwhile, life itself is trying to initiate us.
The sacred is whispering through our grief.
Our joy.
Our longing.
Our pleasure.
Our heartbreak.
Our wonder.
The wisdom of the body.
The wild intelligence of the heart.
All the places where we are fully, vulnerably alive.
My hope isn't that we become better at spirituality.
My hope is that we become more intimate with our own spirit.
That whatever practices we choose make us more loving.
More compassionate.
More awake to the miracle of being here.
More available to the people we love.
More capable of inhabiting this one precious life.
Where do you already experience the sacred?
Where does your spirit feel most alive?
And what if you're engaging with spirit far more often than you realize—but you've been overlooking it because you thought it was supposed to look like something else?
If you know there is something more than this. More aliveness, more meaning, more connection to yourself and the mystery of being human. These are some of my favorite places to hold people.
Together we explore the places where your body, heart, relationships, and spirit intersect so you can live a life that feels more fully your own.
When you're ready, I invite you to begin here.
Fierce Love,
WAYS TO WORK WITH ME
❤️🔥BODYWORK - COME HOME TO YOURSELF
This isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about homecoming.
Through intuitive, healing touch, I listen with my hands to what your body needs in order to feel whole.
My work moves beyond muscles into the deeper layers of what’s underneath the pain, helping you release what’s held, reclaim what’s yours, and return to yourself in a profound way.
Clients often describe it as long-lasting, soul-level healing—not just a massage.
❤️🔥BREATHWORK - THE POWER OF BREATH
Your breath is the ultimate life hack. In just minutes, it can shift you from reactivity into response - ability. Out of spiraling emotions and back into clarity, calm, and presence.
Breathwork lowers anxiety, softens stress in the body, and restores your power to respond rather than react.
In guided sessions, we go deeper—safely meeting trauma, inviting transformation, and cultivating a grounded sense of who you are that lasts long after the practice ends.
Available one-on-one or in group sessions, in-person or online.
❤️🔥SEX, LOVE AND RELATIONSHIP COACHING - THE BRIDGE TO LOVE
Maybe you’re exhausted from doing all the “right” things and still ending up alone, misunderstood, or unfulfilled.
I help you trade drama for depth, confusion for clarity, and “is this all there is?” for “holy hell, this feels good.”
Together, we’ll bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be—into relationships that are nourishing, honest, s*xy, and real.
And yes, sometimes that means going from tears to laughter, from heartbreak to holy fire, from lonely nights to swinging-from-the-chandelier mornings.
Available in-person and remotely.
❤️🔥FACILITATOR OF EROTIC AND SACRED SPACE
I create immersive, carefully held experiences where people can breathe, feel, learn, and remember what it means to be fully alive.
From corporate breathwork and nervous-system reset sessions to intimate salons on s*xuality, rites of passage, and group ritual, these gatherings are designed to be safe, provocative, and deeply human.
This is ceremony for modern life — grounded, embodied, and exquisitely curated.
