My sons J (left) and L (right). Growing up they hated each other and going to the gym with me. They were 10 and 3 when my fitness journey started. Never thought I’d see the day these 2 would be getting along, working out together and living the gym life. J has just started going back to the gym and L has been helping him get back on track. So proud of my boys.

FHL Fitness offers personal training, small group training, and group fitness classes. Offered both in person and online. Nutritional consultations also available.
