✨ BROW CORRECTION TRANSFORMATION ✨
My client originally went to a VERY well-known plastic surgeon’s office — yes, one you may have even seen on TV — for her brows. Unfortunately, she was left with brows that were extremely bold, harsh, and simply didn’t complement her facial features.
She had already undergone a removal session and an attempted cover-up, but still wasn’t getting the results she wanted.
And this is such an important reminder: “famous” or well-known doesn’t always mean experienced in permanent makeup.
PMU is its own specialty. You need an artist who truly understands pigment, color theory, skin, previous work, removal, correction techniques, and — most importantly — the limitations of what can safely and realistically be corrected.
Corrective brow work is NOT something every PMU artist should take on. It takes years of experience, continued education, and hands-on correction work to know when to correct, when to remove, when to wait, and when to tell a client that something simply isn’t possible.
Sometimes the best thing an artist can tell you is “not yet.” Your artist should care more about giving you the right result than simply taking your money.
After everything this client has been through with her brows, I am SO happy we were able to give her a softer, more flattering shape that better complements her face. 🫶🏻
