Today, May 27, we celebrate National Senior Health & Fitness Day by encouraging our residents and community to stay active, stay strong, and keep moving in ways that bring joy and wellness to everyday life.

Whether it’s a walk down the hallway, chair exercises with friends, dancing to favorite songs, or simply stretching and smiling — every movement matters!

☀️ Don’t Fry Day is Today May 22! ☀️

As we head into Memorial Day weekend and the start of summer, it’s the perfect reminder to practice sun safety and protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

The goal of Don’t Fry Day is to raise awareness about skin cancer prevention and the dangers of too much sun exposure. 🌞

Remember the motto:
👕 Slip on a shirt
🧴 Slop on sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)
👒 Slap on a wide-brimmed hat
🕶️ Wrap on UV-protective sunglasses
