InCadence Care Support through every step of brain surgery, so you can focus on what matters most: the person you love. The surgery is only part of it. The medication schedule.

InCadence Care is a nonclinical recovery-support and patient-advocacy service for people facing brain and neurological surgery, and the families beside them. The rest is a mountain of logistics and worry that lands on a family at the exact moment they have nothing left to give it. The appointments. The bills and insurance paperwork. Keeping everyone updated. That is the weight we carry, so the only thing a family has to do is be present for the person they love. InCadence Care was built by a former Army combat medic and cardiac ICU tech who became the patient himself, after his own brain surgery. So we know this road from both sides of the bed. Every medical question goes back to your own care team. We carry everything around the medicine. We are launching in Tennessee first and expanding from there. The hospital hands you a list of what to do. Nobody hands you a list of what to bring.
A few of the small things that make the night before, and the days after, easier:
A phone charger with a long cord, because the outlet is never near the bed. A top that buttons up the front, so nothing has to pull over your head. Your own small pillow in a case that isn't white, so it isn't swept in with the hospital linen. One thing from home that feels like you.

What is InCadence Care? Start here.

Brain surgery is one of the most frightening things a person can face, for the patient and the family beside them. InCadence is nonclinical neurosurgery recovery support and patient advocacy. The surgery itself is in your care team's hands. We help you carry everything around it: knowing the right questions to bring to your team, keeping everyone updated without it all falling on one person, getting your home ready for recovery, and a steady hand through the parts that feel like too much.
