Let’s talk about subtle lower face balancing. ✨

Over time, small areas of volume loss can develop around the chin and just in front of the marionette lines, sometimes creating what we call chin shadows or a deeper chin crease. The goal isn’t to change your face — it’s to gently restore support where it’s been lost.

For this treatment, we used one syringe of RHA 3, a filler that’s designed to move naturally with your expressions and integrate beautifully into dynamic areas of the face. The result is soft, balanced, and incredibly natural-looking.

And as neurotoxin like Dysport begins to relax the surrounding muscles, the overall result becomes even smoother and more refined. Subtle tweaks, big difference.

Let’s talk about a glass facial with traditional microneedling ✨

We’re layering targeted products to work with the microneedling for real results. The firming serum helps strengthen the dermal-epidermal junctions for a more lifted, firm look, while Bright Alive goes to work on pigment and discoloration.

We finish with a stimulator peel for that natural glow and Radical Night Repair to boost skin renewal.

This treatment is a great option for anyone dealing with pigment, melasma, or uneven texture and wanting smoother, brighter, more refined skin overall. It’s all about glow and long-term skin health.

Microneedling is good on its own. The right add-ons make it even better. ✨

Microneedling is one of those treatments that works for almost everyone because it helps improve overall skin health, texture, and collagen production. But pairing it with the right enhancements can completely elevate your results.

One of our favorite add-ons is dermaplaning, which gently exfoliates the skin and removes peach fuzz so products pe*****te deeper and makeup applies much smoother.

Another is BioRePeel, a gentle exfoliating treatment designed to stimulate skin cell turnover. It’s especially great for oily or breakout-prone skin and for anyone wanting to target pigmentation and uneven tone.

When combined with microneedling, it can help minimize breakouts while improving overall skin clarity and texture.

Healthy skin is never just one step. It’s about choosing treatments that work together.

Botox is not just for wrinkles.

One of the most overlooked uses of neurotoxins is treating excessive sweating. Whether it is under the arms, the palms of the hands, or even the soles of the feet, Botox can significantly reduce sweat production and improve daily comfort.

For patients who struggle with sweating that stains clothing or causes self-consciousness, this can be life changing. The treatment is placed just under the skin and results can last anywhere from six months to a year.

It is one of the highest satisfaction treatments we offer and a reminder that neurotoxins go far beyond aesthetics.

One of the most underrated Botox treatments is probably one you have never even thought about.

Treating the nares, or nostril area, with tox can help soften excessive nostril flaring and create the appearance of a slimmer, more refined nose. It is a subtle treatment, but small adjustments in this area can make a surprisingly big difference in overall facial balance.

Sometimes the most impactful results come from the areas people least expect.

What we choose, what we avoid, and what we swear by!

This was such a fun way to break down some of our favorite treatments and biggest do’s and don’ts in aesthetics.

What we love:

-Chin filler for subtle structure and profile balancing, especially for those who don’t realize they have a recessed chin.

-Platysmal band and lower face tox to help tighten, lift, and even support the midface while preventing deeper lines over time.

What we avoid:

-Injecting too high in the glabella, which can unintentionally drop the medial brow instead of lifting. Placement matters more than people think.

-Over-treating crow’s feet, which can lead to an unnatural look or even puffiness under the eyes by affecting lymphatic drainage.

What we swear by:

-Glow Pads for that daily glow. They combine chemical exfoliation with brightening ingredients like kojic acid to help even out pigmentation, improve breakouts, and boost overall skin luminosity.

It’s not just about what you do. It’s about how and why you do it.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is thinking all neurotoxins are the same. They are not. 20 units of Botox is not equal to 20 units of Dysport or Daxxify because each product contains a different amount of the active neurotoxin molecule.

What actually matters is the true dose of neurotoxin being delivered, not just the number of units on paper.

That is why trying to compare treatments based on units alone can be misleading.

When you are talking with your injector, the conversation should be about the product, the dosing, and what is appropriate for your goals.

Because real results come from understanding the science, not just the numbers.

Not everything should be treated with filler.

One of the biggest misconceptions in aesthetics is trying to use filler to fix concerns it was never designed for. Skin texture is a perfect example. Texture requires true skin treatments like exfoliation, targeted skincare, and collagen-stimulating procedures. Filler is meant for volume, not surface-level concerns.

Another major factor is knowing when someone is a better candidate for surgery versus non-surgical treatment. If there is significant skin laxity or heaviness, filler cannot physically lift tissue. It can create the illusion of lift through light and shadow, but it will not reposition what has descended.

This is where expertise matters. Understanding the limits of filler and being honest about when to refer to surgery is what leads to the best, most natural outcomes.

Because the goal is not just to treat, it is to treat correctly.

Feeling tired all the time is not something you just have to live with.

Peptides can be a powerful option for people dealing with low energy, poor sleep, slow recovery, or difficulty losing weight. They work by supporting how your body functions at a deeper level, helping you feel better, perform better, and recover more efficiently.

What makes peptides so unique is that they are not a one size fits all approach. There are many different types, each designed to target specific concerns, making them a highly personalized tool for improving overall wellness.

This is what proactive medicine looks like. Instead of waiting for a problem to show up, peptides help support the body in a way that may reduce the risk of future issues.

The key is commitment and consistency for those who are ready to invest in feeling better long term.
